Mobile Massage Pricing

When determining our massage pricing, we consider several factors. These include fair pricing for the client, expertise and experience of our therapists, the need for top notch equipment, as well as the convenience of traveling to your location and adjusting to your schedule. Our prices include travel expenses, provision of a massage table, towels or sheets, oils, background music, and a comprehensive full body massage delivered by a certified and carefully screened massage therapist who travels to your location.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Understanding that circumstances may change, we provide flexibility in case you need to cancel, amend, or reschedule your confirmed appointment, offering you a few alternatives to accommodate your needs:

• If your booking request has not yet been confirmed, meaning it has not been accepted by a therapist, you have the freedom to cancel it at any time without incurring any fees. No charges will be applied to your card.

Once your booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:

• If you cancel your confirmed booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. This measure helps prevent misuse of our system through excessive or spam booking requests.

• Should you cancel your confirmed booking between 24 hours and 4 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount will be imposed.

• For cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time of your booking, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total amount will be applied.

For any full or partial refunds, please be aware that it typically requires 1-2 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.

If you’re running late for a scheduled appointment, we extend a 20-minute grace period for your arrival. If you have not arrived within this timeframe, your therapist reserves the right to depart, deeming the booking a no-show.

This cancellation and rescheduling policy is implemented to safeguard the income of our therapists and to account for the time they have specifically reserved for your session.
